“My Hijab” Festival Held at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine with the Participation of 2,000 Female University Students

As part of the programs marking the blessed birth anniversary of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and coinciding with the Week of Modesty, the fifth edition of the “My Hijab” Festival was held at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine. During the festival, 2,000 female university students from Najaf were honored in recognition of their commitment to wearing the chador as a symbol of chastity, dignity, and moral integrity.

The event witnessed the participation of 2,000 female students from universities across Najaf and was hosted at the Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him). The festival aimed to promote the values of modesty, reinforce religious and cultural identity among university students, and highlight the hijab as an expression of conscious commitment inspired by the noble example of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
