On the night marking the martyrdom of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him), Sayed Isa al-Khirsan traveled to Samarra, where he was honored to perform visitation at the al-Askarian Holy Shrine. During the visit, he closely observed the mechanisms of service provision and support offered by the processions of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine to pilgrims within the framework of commemorating this solemn occasion.
