The project is scheduled to be inaugurated during an official ceremony to be held on Friday, the 19th of Rajab, 1447 AH, at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine. The meeting was attended by officials involved in organizing the ceremony, including Haidar Al-Isawi, a member of the Board of Directors; Mustafa Al-Atrash, Director of the Custodian’s Office; along with a number of shrine servants and heads of relevant departments, including the Unified Order Center for Strategic Planning and Development, Security, Media, Public Relations, and the Attendance Coordination Unit.
During the meeting, Sayed Isa Al-Khirsan supervised the finalization of the ceremony’s details for the inauguration of the Golden Iwan renovation project, which has been completed during the current custodianship of the Holy Shrine and represents a first in the history of large-scale restoration and renovation works carried out at the shrine in recent decades. He also issued specific directives regarding the organization of the ceremony, listened to the views of those present, and outlined his observations and recommendations concerning the mechanisms for implementing the various stages of the event.
