The Supreme Religious Authority, while decisively condemning the continuation of military attacks on Iran-which have resulted in the martyrdom of citizens, including children and civilians, and the extensive destruction of public and private property-described this action as contrary to international standards and extremely dangerous.
The statement emphasized that the initiation of an all-out war outside the framework of the Security Council will have dire regional and international consequences and could lead to widespread instability.
The Religious Authority, while inviting all Muslims and free people of the world to show solidarity with the people of Iran, called upon international institutions and Islamic countries to strive for an immediate cessation of the war and to achieve a just and peaceful solution based on international law.
