The Qanbar Center, the department responsible for coordinating servants’ affairs, has prepared a complete operational plan to serve pilgrims on this solemn occasion.
Service Plan
Ahmad al-Zurghani, the head of the center, stated to the Shrine’s News Center:
“In commemoration of the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), a special plan has been developed with the participation of 1,750 male and female servants representing various departments of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine.”
Number of Servants
He added:
“All service departments have been equipped with a total of 1,750 male and female servants. Additional specialized teams have also been incorporated to enhance preparedness for meeting the service-related and medical needs of pilgrims.”
Organizing the Workforce
Al-Zurghani explained:
“The personnel involved have been assigned across various sectors, including the medical corps, emergency evacuation teams, first-aid units, the service department, the guesthouse, the Rasul al-Adham (peace be upon him and his family) Center, field and outdoor service units, as well as support units from the Imam al-Ridha (peace be upon him) Complex.”
Enhancing Service Capacity
He further noted:
“The services of the Imam al-Ridha (peace be upon him) Complex and the guesthouse have been reinforced with additional staff to ensure full readiness for receiving pilgrims, guaranteeing the highest level of service provision and the smooth movement of visitors.”
It is noteworthy that the Imam Ali Holy Shrine has developed a detailed and comprehensive plan for all affiliated departments to ensure that the necessary services and facilities are available to pilgrims who visit the sacred shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him), to commemorate this occasion.
