The Imam Ali Holy Shrine has finalized all academic, organizational, and logistical arrangements required for the convening of this significant scholarly event. The conference—organized in cooperation with the Imam al-Hussain Holy Shrine and the Administration of the Religious Seminaries in the city of Qom—will commence on Thursday morning in the Alawi Assembly Hall in Najaf.
Joint Cooperation

“The Imam Ali Holy Shrine has established a dedicated committee to follow up on every detail related to this important international academic event, as its organization requires joint efforts and extensive coordination among multiple departments.”
Support and Coordination
He added:
“This committee has held numerous meetings with representatives of the various departments, during which all administrative and logistical needs were examined. A comprehensive list of requirements was compiled and distributed among the departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities.”
Guest Reception Program
Al-Jabouri continued:
“Special programs have also been arranged to welcome the conference’s guests, including visits to sites within the Imam Ali Holy Shrine and its library. Furthermore, the Public Relations Department has prepared an itinerary for visits to the sacred shrines and holy sites in Najaf al-Ashraf.”
Integration of Efforts
He explained:
“The Hospitality Department has developed a comprehensive plan for guest reception, and responsibilities have been allocated among the other sections to ensure the highest level of coordination. Constant communication is also maintained with the Imam al-Hussain Holy Shrine and the Seminary Administration to align efforts and fully meet the conference’s needs.”
Media Coverage
Regarding media efforts, al-Jabouri said:
“The Media Department has prepared an extensive promotional plan, including coverage of the event on the official website and social media platforms of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, as well as the installation of promotional banners across the streets of Najaf al-Ashraf to announce the date of the conference and highlight its scholarly significance.”
Al-Jabouri further noted that field inspections have been conducted to ensure the readiness of the Alawi Assembly Hall so that all technical and service-related aspects are reviewed and the arrangements completed in the best possible manner ahead of the conference’s opening.
