The “al-Nathm Center,” the strategic planning and development unit of the Holy Shrine, held a specialized training workshop on strategic planning for the projects scheduled for implementation in 1405. The workshop took place in the Imam al-Hasan Residential Complex and focused on skill development, with the participation of members of the Board of Directors of the Holy Shrine as well as department heads and service staff.
Board member Haider Al-Isawi stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:
“The Imam Ali (peace be upon him) Holy Shrine has consistently prioritized the development and advancement of its personnel, particularly senior departmental managers, enabling them to keep pace with global progress in the scientific and precise formulation of operational and strategic programs.”
Wissam Iskandar, Director of the Al-Nathm Center, emphasized:
“This workshop was held within the framework of early preparations for drafting the 1405 program. A group of specialized instructors in the fields of planning and performance-indicator development participated in order to produce a unified, accurate, and executable operational framework for the coming year.”
The Imam Ali Holy Shrine continues its efforts to strengthen a culture of scientific planning across its departments, with the objective of enhancing efficiency, advancing future projects, and improving services offered to the holy city and its esteemed visitors.
