Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) said:
“Among afflictions is poverty; more severe than poverty is bodily illness; and more severe than bodily illness is the illness of the heart. Among blessings is abundance of wealth; better than abundance of wealth is soundness of the body; and better than soundness of the body is piety of the hearts.”
