The ensemble’s participation came within the framework of a religious choral gathering organized under the theme “The Radiance of the Heavens over the Land of Samarra.” The event brought together a number of chanting groups affiliated with holy shrines in Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
During the gathering, a selection of devotional chants and supplications was performed, reflecting the glory and spiritual significance of the blessed anniversary commemorating the birth of the Savior of humanity, Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance). The performances vividly conveyed themes of joy, devotion to divine authority, and the enduring spirit of anticipation within the Muslim Ummah on this auspicious occasion.
It is worth noting that the event featured chanting ensembles representing the Holy Shrines of Amir al-Muminin, Imam al-Hussain, al-Kadhimain, Imam Reza, al-Askarian, and al-Abbas, in addition to the Shrine of Lady Fatima al-Masuma (peace be upon her) and the chanting group of the Great Mosque of Kufa.
