Imam Ali Holy Shrine Honors 1,000 Female Students at Misan University

The Imam Ali Holy Shrine honored one thousand female students during the “My Hijab” Festival held at Misan University.

The ceremony was organized as part of the Week of Modesty, with the aim of recognizing female students and reinforcing the values of modesty and Islamic identity within the university environment.

The Executive Director of the festival, Jafar Al-Budairi, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:

“This recognition represents a practical embodiment of the Chastity Project and a commitment to moral principles under the guidance of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
At the Misan University celebration, the number of honored students reached nearly four thousand, within the framework of programs implemented by the Imam Ali Holy Shrine across various universities in Iraq.”

The “My Hijab” Festival forms part of a broader series of activities carried out by the Imam Ali Holy Shrine during the Week of Modesty, including the central ceremony held at the Courtyard of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (peace be upon her), which witnessed the participation of one thousand female students from the universities of Najaf al-Ashraf.
