The guest house of the Holy Alawi Shrine set up iftar tables in the al-Hashimiyah district of Babil Province.

The Pilgrims’ Guest House Section of the Holy Alawi Shrine organized a Ramadan iftar banquet in the al-Hashimiyah district, part of Babil Province, as part of a broad campaign being implemented across several provinces of Iraq.

Hasan al-Tamimi from the Guest House Section stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center,

“The Pilgrims’ Guest House of the Holy Alawi Shrine has been established in Babil Province and has covered more than 2,000 fasting individuals from the residents of this district and surrounding areas.”

He added,

“This initiative received widespread welcome from the local people, to such an extent that complete iftar meals were prepared, and in addition, ready-made food baskets were distributed in some nearby areas, particularly villages, rural regions, and low-income families.”

It is worth noting that the humanitarian and blessed campaign of the Holy Alawi Shrine continues throughout the blessed month of Ramadan in a number of provinces.
