Launch of a Relief Campaign for War Victims in Iran by the Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin

The Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) has finalized its preparations to launch a major humanitarian campaign to provide aid to war victims in Iran.

As part of its ongoing humanitarian efforts and in response to the current situation facing the Iranian people, the Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) announced the start of an extensive relief operation to assist affected individuals in several Iranian cities. This initiative follows the completion of all logistical preparations and necessary coordination with official authorities to ensure the immediate and organized delivery of aid to those in need.

Completion of Logistical Preparations for the Relief Campaign

Haidar al-Isawi, a member of the Board of Directors and head of the Relief Campaign Committee, stated to the shrine’s News Center:

“Under the directives of the Deputy Custodian of the Holy Shrine and in the presence of several department heads, the supervisory committee held a meeting to discuss executive mechanisms and ways to expedite the delivery of aid to the target areas.”

Field Visits to Identify Needs

He added:

“This campaign was formed following a visit by an official delegation from the Holy Shrine to Iran, during which the most essential needs were assessed, and coordination methods with official and community organizations were established to provide necessary support to the victims.”

Al-Isawi emphasized:

“This initiative includes providing aid to owners of damaged homes, distributing special blessings among the families of martyrs, and organizing religious and cultural programs, such as preparing for the ceremony of raising the blessed Al-Ghadir flag in several Iranian provinces.”

He explained:

“In addition to its social and spiritual aspects, the relief program includes visiting affected families and providing meals to those staying in hotels due to the destruction of their homes. Furthermore, the campaign covers the reconstruction and renovation of damaged sites, as well as hosting and supporting the families of martyrs, particularly the martyrs of the ‘Shajarat al-Tayyiba’ school, at the Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) .

It is noteworthy that these actions are part of a series of humanitarian activities by the Holy Shrine of (peace be upon him), based on moral and religious responsibilities and in accordance with the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, aimed at strengthening social solidarity and assisting nations during times of crisis and hardship.
