The Table of Alawi Generosity Established in Tehran and Isfahan

The delegation of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine launched its major humanitarian relief campaign in the Iran through the distribution of nearly 200,000 blessed meals in Tehran and Isfahan.

As part of this large-scale relief initiative, the delegation began distributing blessed meals from the guesthouse of Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) to the families of martyrs, the wounded, and families affected by the recent war and bombardments.

Head of the relief campaign committee, Haidar al-Issawi, stated:

“Within the framework of this humanitarian and service-oriented initiative, carried out by the servants of the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) in cooperation with several departments of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, the distribution of approximately 30,000 blessed meals began on Sundays in honor of the visitation day of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The campaign will continue until the blessed Eid al-Ghadir, with the total number of distributed meals in Tehran and Isfahan expected to reach 200,000.”

He added:

“This initiative aims to provide humanitarian support to the families of martyrs, the wounded, and those whose homes were destroyed as a result of the recent bombardments and war.”

A correspondent from the Shrine’s News Center reported that multiple districts across Tehran and Isfahan witnessed field distribution of the blessed meals, an effort that was met with broad public welcome and engagement.
