In an effort to support underprivileged families, the Imam Ali Holy Shrine distributed school uniforms to students from low-income households.
Supporting 2,500 Families
Adil al-Jamali, head of the Imam Ali Center, told Shrine’s News Center:
“School uniforms were provided to more than one thousand boys and girls from disadvantaged families. This comes as part of the center’s services to over 2,500 households under its care. This effort forms part of the continuous humanitarian and social programs the Holy Shrine carries out in support of orphans and needy families.”
The Imam Ali Center
Established in 2014 alongside the historic fatwa of defensive jihad, the Imam Ali Center has since offered comprehensive health, educational, and social services for orphans and struggling families. Its mission remains to provide ongoing care and empowerment for those most in need.
