According to the Central News Unit of the Shrine, Sayed Isa Al-Khirsan, Custodian of the Al-Alawi Holy Shrine, presided over the meeting attended by the Deputy Custodian, board members, and all heads of the Shrine’s various departments.
The meeting was held with the objective of reviewing the preparation and planning process for the projects of 2025-2026, coinciding with the approach of the current year’s end.
Presentation of Plans, Activities, Programs, and Projects
Wisam Iskandar, head of the “al-Nathm” Center, the strategic planning and development unit of the Shrine, stated:
“During this meeting, all plans, projects, and activities related to various events for the coming year were presented. All departments will participate in implementing these plans, and the al-Nathm Center is responsible for planning, studies, and organizing the preparation of the comprehensive master plan.”
Preparation and Planning Process
Iskandar added:
“The Imam Ali Holy Shrine has begun the preparation and planning process for the 2025-2026 projects as the current year nears its end. All departments have been instructed to begin drafting detailed programs for the upcoming year to pave the way for the formulation of a comprehensive strategic vision for the years ahead.”
Approval of Plans
He further stated:
“During this session, pathways, plans, and programs were initially organized to facilitate their final drafting, approval, and the commencement of implementation. Participants recorded a set of corrective notes and suggestions that can contribute to enhancing the scope and quality of the strategic vision’s execution across projects and activities.”
Readiness of Departments
Wisam Iskandar emphasized the importance of the meeting, noting that its goal was to strengthen departmental readiness and ensure high coordination to guarantee the success of future programs, projects, and activities.
