The al-Nathm” Center of the Alawi Holy Shrine, concurrently with preparations for Arbaeen, held a workshop on risk management and crisis response.
The “al-Nathm” Center, a strategic planning and development unit affiliated with the Imam al-Hasan (peace be upon him) Skills Development Complex at the Alawi Holy Shrine, held a training workshop on “Risk Management and Crisis Response in the Service Environment” within the framework of special preparations for the million-strong Arbaeen pilgrimage, with the participation of a number of volunteer and service committees.
Jawad al-Khuzai, an instructor at the “al-Nathm” Center, stated in an interview with the Alawi Holy Shrine News Center:
“In this workshop, numerous topics were examined, including familiarization with the concepts of risk and crisis management, methods of identifying problems before they escalate, providing fast and effective solutions to address challenges, and strengthening skills for rapid response and decision-making in emergency situations.”
He added:
“This workshop is part of the series of educational programs of the ‘al-Nathm’ Center on the eve of the Arbaeen pilgrimage, which is held with the aim of empowering volunteer and service committees and improving their performance in the areas of crowd management and first aid, in order to provide the best services to the pilgrims.”
These programs are implemented within the framework of the Alawi Holy Shrine’s preparations for the million-strong Arbaeen pilgrimage, and are in line with the realization of this shrine’s comprehensive plan to increase coordination and streamline the service process, enhance the readiness of servants and volunteer committees, and provide the best services to the pilgrims of the holy shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him).
