Sayyid Eisa al-Khirsan, Deputy Custodian of the Holy Alawi Shrine, accompanied by his delegation, traveled to the city of Samarra to visit the holy shrine of the two Askari Imams (peace be upon them both) and met and held talks with Dr. Nafi Jameel, Custodian of the Holy Askari Shrine.
During this meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on ways to strengthen joint cooperation in various fields, with the aim of serving the holy shrines and their pilgrims.
The Deputy Custodian also went on to visit the museum of the two Askari Imams (peace be upon them both), which is nearing its opening, and afterward visited a number of Hussaini Mawakib and delegations affiliated with Najaf al-Ashraf Province that have been stationed in Samarra to serve pilgrims.
This visit also included a field review of the support services provided to the servants of the Holy Alawi Shrine in Samarra—services carried out by the Vehicles Department, the Services Affairs Department, Security, the Pilgrims’ Guesthouse, and the Media Department.
