Imam Hasan (peace be upon him) Town launched the first camps of the program of the “Alawi Foundation’s Development and Empowerment Unit.”
Coinciding with the arrival of the month of Rabi‘al-Awwal and the auspicious birth anniversaries of the Prophet of Islam and Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), Imam Hasan (peace be upon him) Town, the Skills Development Center affiliated with the “al-Nathm” Planning Center, began hosting a number of groups and institutions active in cultural and religious fields within the framework of the program of the “Alawi Foundation’s Development and Empowerment Unit.”
Hasan Al-Hindawi, the official of this program, said in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:
“This town hosted the first camp, which was held for three days and included a set of training programs aimed at enhancing skills and developing capabilities according to the approved training program. This camp is scheduled to continue in future stages with the holding of its second part.”
He added: “About 90% of the trainers participating in these programs are from within the Holy Alawi Shrine.” He explained that these trainers have been trained, empowered, and had their skills upgraded by the Education and Development Unit; also, a number of servants of the Holy Alawi Shrine who work in various fields and specialties participate in the training.
Al-Hindawi explained:
“The program of the Alawi Foundation includes eight training camps, four of which are main camps, and each camp includes six training modules.” He noted that participants begin their work with the modules of the first camp, then enter its second part to complete the training content, and after that move on to subsequent stages and camps.
He stated:
“Activities at the current stage are being carried out horizontally and with the participation of a group of institutions and groups, in order to prepare the ground for entering the second stage of the first camp.” He also emphasized the continuation of Imam Hasan (peace be upon him) Town hosting delegations and groups participating within the framework of this training program.
Coinciding with the month of Rabi‘al-Awwal, Imam Hasan (peace be upon him) Town has begun receiving delegations and groups in the form of training programs, holding two camps per week.
This measure is within the framework of a plan aimed at expanding the scope of benefiting from training programs and continuing the process of development and empowerment of active personnel and capacities in various fields.
