The Center for Unified Strategic Planning and Development at the Holy Alawi Shrine, through its Training and Development Unit, continues to implement the “Alawi Instructor” program. This initiative is designed to identify, prepare, and empower individuals capable of conducting training courses and specialized workshops using modern and professional methods.
In the first stage of the program, 398 applicants participated in a virtual examination conducted through the “Muntasib” application, and ultimately, 127 of them advanced to the second stage.
In this stage, applicants participate in in-person interviews, where a specialized committee evaluates them based on specific criteria, including communication and presentation skills, the ability to articulate and persuade, as well as their readiness for learning and advancement in the field of training.
These stages are carried out with the aim of gradually evaluating and selecting applicants so that those who possess the necessary readiness are chosen to enter the subsequent stages of training and empowerment. This process aligns with the program’s primary objective, which is to cultivate capable instructors from among the personnel of the Holy Alawi Shrine.
The “Alawi Instructor” program is one of the Holy Alawi Shrine’s initiatives for identifying and nurturing human talent. It offers applicants a step-by-step path that begins with evaluation and selection, continues with training and empowerment, and ultimately provides the foundation for their professional and effective activity in the field of instruction.
