A group of students from the College of Pharmacy at Jaber ibn Hayyan University visited the Amin Research Center, affiliated with the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, to learn about its advanced scientific and biotechnological services.
As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Imam Ali Holy Shrine and Iraqi universities, the Amin Research Center welcomed the pharmacy students for an academic field visit aimed at bridging theoretical studies with practical research applications.
Hands-On Scientific Training
Dr. Ali Fattah al-Hussaini, from the Department of Medical Research and Biotechnology at the Amin Center, stated in an interview with Shrine’s News Center:
“During this visit, the students were introduced to the scientific units within the center and became familiar with the research and scientific services offered in the fields of biotechnology and medical sciences.”
Enhancing Practical Learning
He added:
“The program included applied scientific exercises that allowed students to translate their theoretical knowledge into hands-on experience within a professional research environment.”
Supporting Academic Development
Dr. al-Hussaini concluded:
“This visit falls within the scientific cooperation framework between the Imam Ali Holy Shrine and Iraqi universities, aiming to enhance educational standards and strengthen the students’ research skills and capabilities across the country.”
