Imam Ali Holy Shrine Organizes Educational and Recreational Program for Shrine’s Kindergarten

The Imam Ali Holy Shrine organized a special educational and recreational program for the children of "Ahabab al-Amir" Kindergarten at the Rasool al-Adham (PBUH) Medical Center.

Practical Learning Experience

The program, arranged by the “Naba al-Adhim” Center affiliated with the Shrine’s Educational Department, aimed to introduce children to the medical profession and its social value.
Muntadar Jamil Saleh from “Naba al-Adhim” told the Shrine’s News Center, “The visit included a tour of the “Rasool al-Azam” Medical Center and Dar al-Shifa. The children learned about doctors’ duties, patient care, laboratory procedures, and medical testing methods.”

Inspiring Curiosity and Learning

He added, “This hands-on experience created great enthusiasm among the children and strengthened their curiosity for science. They actively participated in activities within the emergency and laboratory departments, which deepened their interest in learning.”
He also noted that this program is held annually to help children become familiar with different professions and moral values such as compassion and generosity.

Building an Aware Generation

Qasim Risan, a specialist at the Rasool al-Adham Medical Center’s Emergency Department, said, “The children’s reactions were inspiring. Their eagerness to explore the medical field was evident. Programs like this contribute significantly to raising a generation that is knowledgeable, aware, and dedicated to serving society.”

This initiative reflects the Shrine’s ongoing commitment to promoting education and cultivating intellectual curiosity among children—laying the foundation for an informed and capable future generation.
