In remarks to Shrine’s News Center, al-Taei emphasized:
“This pavilion continues to distinguish itself by offering a wide array of activities alongside its books, including a dedicated children’s section, intellectual competitions, and the pioneering initiative of distributing free book-purchase vouchers. Such initiatives are designed to strengthen the path of knowledge and promote a culture of reading.”
Board member Mustafa Mahdi Munni elaborated:
“This year’s pavilion has introduced new features, including an exhibition of rare manuscripts, hologram-based displays, and interactive programs by the Mohsen Children’s Cultural Center, which offered scientific experiments and hands-on activities.”
He further commended the efforts of the intellectual, cultural, and engineering departments, as well as the Center for Information Technology, Media, and Public Relations, in presenting the intellectual achievements of the Shrine and highlighting its cultural mission on the international stage.
Through these initiatives, the Imam Ali Holy Shrine’s pavilion continues to assert its prominent presence at the Baghdad International Book Fair, offering visitors a comprehensive experience where culture, knowledge, and creativity converge—an experience that enriches thought and opens new horizons for study and research.
