A meeting with heads of the various departments was held in the presence of the deputy custodian of the Holy Alawi Shrine, Sayyid Eisa al-Khirsan, during which the “Professional Management” program was reviewed.
The program is designed to enhance the skills of department heads, deputies, and officials of basic management units, and to improve their administrative and professional performance.
The head of the al-Nathm Center for Planning and Development, Wisam Iskandar, told the Shrine’s news center:
“At this meeting, the program’s training modules were reviewed comprehensively, and explanations were given regarding the duration of its implementation and the credentials of the instructors who will deliver the training content.”
He added:
“The program is being held to raise the level of service performance and increase the efficiency of senior managers, as well as to create a common language among the different departments, which will help unify perspectives and develop the mechanisms of organizational activity.”
He also noted:
“The program includes new plans that have been drawn up on the basis of systematic feasibility studies.”
The deputy custodian of the Holy Alawi Shrine also announced:
“This program is among the international programs, holding global accreditation and internationally recognized status.”
