The Research and Studies Group, affiliated with the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs, announced the commencement of this cultural and scholarly forum.
The gathering was held in the Malik al-Ashtar Hall at the Holy Shrine and was attended by distinguished scholars and servants of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him), including researchers and individuals interested in intellectual and research activities.
Shaikh Salam al-Nasiri, head of the Alawi Forum, explained to the Shrine’s News Center:
“This gathering seeks to strengthen the capabilities of experts in writing academic studies, articles, and research, enabling them to participate effectively in conferences and symposia held inside and outside the Imam Ali Holy Shrine. The Forum is currently preparing a comprehensive database of researchers and holders of advanced academic degrees within the Holy Shrine. This will facilitate the organization and involvement of researchers in conferences for which the Shrine receives invitations, and it will create opportunities for participants to express their scientific and cultural interests.”
This initiative, implemented for the first time at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, represents an important step toward establishing an environment conducive to research and the production of knowledge.
