The Media Promotion Unit, affiliated with the Department of Religious Affairs at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, has launched the second “Alawi Competition” within the framework of “The Born Inside Kaaba Week” programs, held in commemoration of the blessed birth anniversary of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him).
Hani Kanani, Head of the Media Promotion Unit, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:
“In view of the importance of strengthening religious culture and expanding the teachings of the guardianship of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), the Imam Ali Holy Shrine has organized this second Alawi competition. The competition focuses on the life, virtues, and noble qualities of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him), the Imam who embodied piety, justice, courage, and a living manifestation of faith.”
He added:
“The competition consists of 25 questions on the blessed biography, virtues, and merits of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him). The Information Technology Center has also participated in establishing this platform, and participants may access it through the ‘Waafid’ mobile application on their smartphones.”
In conclusion, the Imam Ali Holy Shrine invited men and women alike to participate actively in this competition, benefit from its valuable content, and seize the opportunity to strengthen faith, enhance cultural awareness, and further highlight the virtues of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him).
