The Deputy Custodian of the Holy Alawi Shrine, Sayed EIsa al-Khirsan, has assumed the leadership of the official delegation of the Shrine to carry out the relief campaign for the Iranian nation a campaign that includes numerous axes and programs in a number of Iranian cities and provinces.
Haydar al-Isawi, a member of the delegation and head of the Relief Committee, stated in this regard:
“The delegation of the Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him)’s Shrine, headed by the respected Custodian and accompanied by a group of servants of the Holy Shrine, has arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran to begin the implementation of the relief and solidarity campaign a campaign organized with the aim of supporting and standing by the Iranian nation in the current circumstances.”
He added:
“The delegation of the Holy Alawi Shrine was met with a warm and extensive welcome from the people of the border cities, as well as religious and official figures.”
He also indicated that the delegation has a packed schedule in a number of Iranian cities and provinces to provide the services planned within the framework of this campaign a program that had been previously arranged. He continued:
“Several official meetings will also be held with some centers and institutions to ensure coordination and facilitate the better implementation of these programs.”
It is worth noting that this initiative falls within the series of ongoing humanitarian activities of the Holy Alawi Shrine actions stemming from the Shrine’s ethical and religious responsibility and in line with the directives of the supreme religious authority to strengthen the values of social solidarity and provide assistance to nations during crises and difficult circumstances.
