The “Pilgrim Satisfaction” team, affiliated with the Strategic Planning and Development Unified Order Center at the Holy Alawi Shrine, has begun conducting field visits around the Holy Alawi Shrine during Eid al-Fitr, aiming to collect pilgrims’ opinions through questionnaires.
Mohammed al-Qasim, from the Activities Evaluation Department at the Strategic Planning and Development Unified Order Center, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s news center:
“This questionnaire included several dimensions covering service, security, and guidance aspects, in addition to the dimension of crowd management and organizing pilgrim movement, with a focus on measuring smooth traffic flow and the efficiency of organization during the pilgrimage.”
He added:
“This initiative is carried out with the aim of collecting precise data and conducting their systematic analysis to eventually prepare a comprehensive report including the most important points and results.”
It is hoped that the results of these questionnaires will be effective in providing practical suggestions to be presented to the custodianship of the Holy Alawi Shrine, thereby enhancing the level of services provided to pilgrims in the future.
