The “al-Nathm” Unit, affiliated with the Strategic Center for Planning and Development at the Imam Ali Holy Shrine, conducted a specialized Training of Trainers (TOT) course for a number of security forces and servants of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him). The program is being held over eight days, with five hours of instruction daily. In addition, evening sessions focusing on intellectual and doctrinal education are conducted, delivered by a group of distinguished scholars from the Islamic seminary.

Hassan Haidar, Head of the Training Unit at the Center, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:

“This program is distinguished by integrating specialized morning sessions in Training of Trainers with evening sessions focused on doctrinal and intellectual dimensions, an approach that contributes to preparing trainers who possess both professional competence and sound knowledge.”

He added:

“The program includes several key modules, including the fundamentals of education, analysis of training needs, instructional program design, presentation skills, effective communication, and other essential training topics. These sessions are delivered by Dr. Ali Rabbah from Lebanon and Dr. Ahmed Dakhl Al-Jabbasi from Iraq.”

This program is part of the initiatives of the “al-Nathm” Unit within the Strategic Center for Planning and Development and aims to enhance educational capacities and prepare qualified and capable personnel to transfer knowledge and strengthen organizational and service performance.
