The Holy Alawi Shrine launched the third phase of the “Alawi Trainer” program through the Training and Development Department, with implementation by the al-Nathm Unit of the Strategic Planning and Development Center.
The aim of this program is to prepare and empower training staff who can transfer knowledge, develop skills, and improve organizational performance.
Hassan al-Hindawi, head of the Training and Development Department, told the Shrine’s News Center:
“This phase includes an intensive training course lasting 8 days, totaling 40 training hours, delivered by a group of experienced trainers. The course covers a number of specialized themes in developing training skills and strengthening the capabilities of participants, to prepare them to deliver training programs and workshops with the necessary effectiveness.”
This phase is held as a continuation of the previous phases and as part of the Holy Alawi Shrine’s approaches to investing in the capabilities of young people and developing specialized personnel in the field of education. These personnel will play an effective role in spreading knowledge, establishing a culture of continuous development, and raising the level of organizational performance.
