Seeing Off the Pilgrims’ Caravan to the Holy House of God by the Holy Alawi Shrine

The Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him)'s shrine bade farewell to the pilgrims of the Holy House of God from Najaf Ashraf Airport.

The Holy Alawi Shrine held an official ceremony in the departure hall of Najaf International Airport to bid farewell to the caravan of pilgrims serving the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Custodian of the Holy Shrine, Ihsan al-Tai, members of the Board of Directors, and a number of official and administrative figures.

Karrar al-Mousawi, head of the Internal Relations Department, told the shrine’s News Center:

“The Deputy Custodian of the Shrine bade farewell to the pilgrims of the Holy House of God at Najaf Ashraf Airport and wished them complete spiritual benefit, the proper observance of this divine duty, and the acceptance of their prayers in the holy lands while performing the Hajj rituals.”

He added:

“Among the programs of this ceremony were seeking blessings from the banner of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), as well as distributing blessed souvenirs and gifts among the pilgrims before their departure to the holy lands.”

The Holy Alawi Shrine continues its efforts to serve the pilgrims of the land of revelation. In this regard, it has provided numerous actions and services, the most important of which include launching the Virtual Hajj project, hosting the annual Hajj and Umrah conference, and printing more than five thousand special booklets on Hajj rituals and guides.
