A delegation from the Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him)’s Shrine traveled to Anbar Province within the framework of a humanitarian program aimed at honoring the wounded and the families of martyrs in various provinces of Iraq. The visit was intended to offer spiritual support and recognition to those affected by the recent criminal aggressions that targeted security forces and fighters stationed in a number of areas across the country.

Sayed Yusuf al-Mousawi, a servant of the Department of Religious Affairs, told the shrin’es News Center:

“The Holy Alawi Shrine has prepared a special program to honor the families of martyrs and the wounded, in recognition of the high status of the martyrs who defended the homeland and sacred sites with their pure blood.”

He added:

“The Holy Alawi Shrine has dispatched several committees to fifteen Iraqi provinces, including the city of Mosul, Diyala and Salah al-Din provinces, as well as southern provinces such as Basra, Maysan, and Dhi Qar, to present blessed gifts to the families of the martyrs and the wounded of these aggressions.”

The program of this visit to Anbar Province included honoring the wounded who were injured during the American-Zionist aggressions. Prayers were also offered for the speedy recovery of the wounded and for mercy and divine satisfaction for the martyrs.
