The Skills Development Unit of Imam al-Hasan (Peace be upon him) City has launched its Ramadan program.

The Skills Development Unit of Imam al-Hasan (Peace be upon him) City, affiliated with the “al-Nathm” Center, has started its annual Ramadan program targeting institutions, youth groups, and university students. This program is held within a vision that bridges devotional observance, intellectual growth, and skills development.

Ali al-Nafe, the head of the complex, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:

“This program aims to utilize the days and nights of the holy month of Ramadan and strengthen cooperation and coordination with institutions and youth groups in Najaf al-Ashraf and its surrounding districts, as well as the provinces of Holy Karbala, Babylon, and Diwaniyah.”

He added:

“The program lasts for 15 days and hosts 60 trainees between the ages of 18 and 25.”

He further explained:

“The schedule includes congregational prayers and the Iftar table, followed by the recitation of the blessed Iftitah Supplication. Subsequently, a series of intellectual lectures, educational workshops, and discussion panels are held, covering diverse topics in cultural, developmental, and skill-based fields to enhance the knowledge and strengthen the experience of the participants.”

He also mentioned:

“The program also includes sports segments held in various athletic fields across the city to create a balance between spiritual, intellectual, and physical aspects. Finally, the program concludes with a pilgrimage (Ziyarat) to the shrine of Amir al-Muminin (Peace be upon him).”

It is worth noting that this program is organized with the participation of institutions from Najaf al-Ashraf province, as well as youth groups and institutions from several neighboring provinces—an initiative that demonstrates the extensive impact of this city and its role in supporting and nurturing young talents during the holy month of Ramadan.
