Specialized Workshops Held by the Imam Ali Holy Shrine to Enhance Youth Skills in Dhi Qar

The Imam Ali Holy Shrine organized a specialized educational program aimed at developing the skills of youth in Dhi Qar.

Represented by the “Imam al-Hasan (peace be upon him) Skills Development City,” affiliated with the “al-Nathm” Center under the Strategic Planning and Development Unit, the shrine implemented the first phase of the “Alawi Foundation” program for the “Youth of Awareness” team from Dhi Qar.

Ali Nafi al-Araji, head of the Imam al-Hasan Skills Development City, stated in an interview with the Shrine’s News Center:

“This program aims to enhance participants’ skills and develop youth capabilities through a series of specialized workshops and diverse activities.”

He explained that the first phase included the participation of 20 trainees and featured a range of workshops and sessions, including topics such as media warfare and methods of countering it, time management and prioritization, as well as dialogue sessions on Shiite history and lectures addressing cultural identity. The program also incorporated sports and developmental activities.

He added that the program concluded with a visit by participants to the shrine of Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), as part of an effort to connect intellectual development with spiritual and cultural dimensions.

This initiative forms part of the Imam Ali Holy Shrine’s broader efforts to cultivate an aware generation equipped with intellectual and cultural skills, capable of contributing to the development of a more informed and resilient society.
