Ceremony of Presenting Eid al-Ghadir Flags to Social Institutions Across Iraqi Provinces

The Holy Alawi Shrine distributed the flags of Eid al-Ghadir to representatives of Iraqi provinces as part of the celebrations commemorating this blessed occasion.

An official ceremony was held in the courtyard of the shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), during which the Holy Alawi Shrine presented the Ghadir flags to representatives of religious processions and social institutions. These groups will have the honor of raising the blessed flags in various provinces of Iraq as part of the preparations and programs dedicated to Eid al-Ghadir.

The ceremony was attended by a number of religious, official, and social figures, along with the Custodian of the Holy Alawi Shrine, Sayyid Eisa Al-Khirsan, his deputy, members of the board of directors, heads of departments, servants, and staff of the Holy Shrine.

Sayyid Al-Khirsan personally handed the blessed Ghadir flags to the servants and organizers participating in the occasion. Throughout Ghadir Week, numerous ceremonies and programs will be held in renewal of allegiance to the Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), through a variety of religious and cultural activities.
