The Holy Shrine of Amir Al-Muminin Organizes Specialized Training Course for Staff of Shia Shrines

The Holy Alawi Shrine is conducting a training course entitled "Professional Ethics" for the staff and custodians of Shia Holy Shrines.

The Imam al-Hasan (peace be upon him) Complex hosted the “Professional Ethics” training course, held with the participation of the staff of the Shia Holy Shrines. The course provided essential guidelines and instructions for the servants of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) regarding optimal interaction with pilgrims.

Sayed Sibtain al-Husseini, the instructor of the course at the “al-Nathm” Center of the Strategic Planning and Development Unit, stated to the shrine’s Media Center:

“This course is part of the mutual cooperation and coordination between the Holy Shrines and the Secretariats of the Shia Shrines.”

He emphasized that this coordination reflects the depth of relations between the two parties and their continuous efforts to enhance the skills of the staff, particularly in providing the best possible services to pilgrims.

He added:

“The course focused on the concept of professional ethics and its impact on improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims, as well as its positive reflection on the internal work environment within these institutions.”

Al-Hussaini further explained:

“The course modules are built on scientific foundations, emphasizing the importance of adherence to professional ethics. These discussions are supported by the religious teachings of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon him), as well as the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, particularly Grand Ayatollah Sayed Ali al-Sistani (may his shadow endure), especially regarding the guidance of the faithful youth.”

He also noted that the course presented practical scenarios that employees might encounter, offering appropriate solutions within ethical and professional frameworks. At the same time, he stressed the importance of strengthening job commitment and loyalty, which directly impacts the elevation of service standards.

The session was attended by a group of servants from the Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) who engaged with both the theoretical and practical aspects of the program—an initiative aimed at boosting organizational performance and enhancing the quality of services at the Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him).

It is noteworthy that the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) has provided all necessary facilities, requirements, and logistical support for the success of this two-day course, which is specifically designed for staff members in direct contact with pilgrims.
