The Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Hosts Students from Shaikh Al-Tusi University

The "al-Nathm" Center for Strategic Planning and Development at the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali received a student delegation from Shaikh al-Tusi University.

The Holy Shrine hosted the students to provide them with insights into its administrative expertise and industrial production projects.
The delegation comprised students from the Faculty of Administration and Economics, specifically from the departments of Business Administration and Accounting. This academic field visit was organized to bolster the practical dimension of their education and to bridge the gap between academic theory and organizational reality.

Mr. Muhammad Al-Haydar, Deputy Head of the “al-Nathm” Center for Strategic Planning and Development, stated to the shrine’s News Center:

“This center is responsible for organizing and supervising academic, cultural, and field visits for Iraqi university students. These visits are meticulously tailored to meet the students’ specific academic needs and disciplines, ensuring a significant impact on the development of their scientific and practical expertise.”

Administrative Management Mechanisms

He further added:

“The students were introduced to the administrative, planning, and statistical aspects of the Holy Shrine’s organizational performance. Such exposure contributes to enhancing their technical skills and deepens their understanding of the modern management systems implemented within large-scale organizations.”

He explained that the visit included a practical presentation on the center’s operations, its administrative structure, and the specific mandates of its personnel. Furthermore, the vital role of the center as a cornerstone for planning and institutional development within the Holy Shrine was highlighted.

Insight into Production Projects

Eng. Salam Jabiri, Manager of the Flour Mill Plant, remarked:

“The student delegation was briefed on the operational stages of the mill, beginning from the cleaning and purification of wheat, followed by the washing process, the initial grinding stage, and concluding with the final packaging phase.”

Dr. Kawthar Hamid, Head of the Business Administration Department at Shaikh al-Tusi University, stated:

“This academic excursion was conducted to explore the pioneering administrative experience of the Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) and to inspect its production projects, including the Holy Shrine’s mill, which serves as a model of success in management, organization, and production.”

She emphasized:

“The Holy Shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) was specifically chosen due to its advanced expertise and clear leadership in the field of management. This makes it an ideal environment for transferring practical experience and modern managerial perspectives to the students.”

The student delegation expressed their admiration for the operational efficiency of the machinery at the mill, noting that the visit played a pivotal role in advancing their scientific capabilities.
