Full Readiness of Female Servants of the Holy Alawi Shrine for Eid al-Ghadir Ceremonies

The female servants of the Holy Alawi Shrine are on full alert to serve the pilgrims of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) on the night and day of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir.

The Women’s Affairs Department of the Holy Alawi Shrine has announced the completion of preparations and the elevation of readiness levels of its personnel coinciding with the arrival of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir.

These preparations have been made with the beginning of the reception of pilgrims coming to visit the holy shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him), within the framework of a comprehensive and organized plan aimed at providing optimal services and facilitating the pilgrimage process as much as possible.

Utilization of All Capacities

The head of the Women’s Affairs Department, Mrs. Ramlah al-Khuza’i, announced:

“This department has formulated a precise and calculated plan for the full readiness of its personnel. Based on this plan, duties have been distributed among employees and servants along specified and predetermined routes to ensure efficiency of performance and speed of response to the needs of pilgrims.”

Organizational Support

She added:

“Field efforts have been reinforced with the support and cooperation of support departments. Additionally, honorary female servants, with their notable presence, have played an effective role in supporting service and executive activities.”

Organizing Entry to the Holy Shrine

Mrs. al-Khuza’i referred to the implementation of a special plan for managing the entry of pilgrims to the holy shrine and said:

“This plan is based on organizing and purposefully directing the pilgrim crowds so that all pilgrims can enter the shrine with ease and security. Furthermore, guidance and advisory services are continuously provided at various points.”

This extensive readiness is undertaken within the framework of the commitment of the Women’s Affairs Department to provide organized and worthy services to the pilgrims of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him), commensurate with the status and importance of this great religious occasion.
