A delegation from the Alawi Holy Shrine, headed by board member Haydar al-Isawi, visited the holy shrine of the two Imams al-Askariyyayn (peace be upon them) in Samarra and was welcomed by Qaysar al-Dujayli, a board member of the Holy Al-Askari Shrine.
During this meeting, the blessed Ghadir flag was delivered to be hoisted at the Holy Al-Askari Shrine—an initiative that serves as an announcement of the start of special programs to commemorate the great Eid of Ghadir, and was carried out in an atmosphere filled with the grandeur of this occasion and its lofty status in the hearts of the believers.
It is worth noting that the programs of International Ghadir Week will begin tomorrow, Monday, with the hoisting of the flag of the Greatest Eid of Allah at the holy shrine of Amir al-Muminin (peace be upon him) . Simultaneously, this blessed flag will be hoisted at 150 official gatherings in 28 countries around the world, as well as in a number of Iraqi provinces, holy shrines, and noble shrines.
